DESCRIPTION:Pregnancy-related emergencies can occur long before labor begins and often present with subtle signs that can\nrapidly progress to life-threatening conditions. Through three compelling case studies\, eclampsia and HELLP\nsyndrome\, pregnancy-induced cardiomyopathy\, and hereditary angioedema in pregnancy\, participants will explore\nthe challenges of recognizing and managing critically ill obstetric patients in prehospital\, emergency\, and transport\nsettings. This session will highlight key assessment findings\, clinical decision-making strategies\, and evidence-\ninformed interventions that can improve maternal and fetal outcomes.
