I’m ecstatic to embark on my new role as Deputy Executive Director. I have the opportunity to ensure the organization’s values are in alignment with our policies and procedures and upheld through action, interactions, and thoughts also known as culture. I spend my time expanding our organization’s understanding of service delivery for perinatal care while realistically working within our budgetary and personnel constraints. My work requires human centered interaction that is operationalized into repeatable processes.

I look forward to continuing the work to reduce health disparities by learning from the many years of experience from staff and on both boards. I am excited about being innovative with our educational programming, increasing our organizational membership, strengthening statewide and local partnerships, and collaborating with perinatal champions to improve perinatal outcomes.
