As a nurse, I believe that every birthing person deserves to be treated with compassion and offered the necessary resources and support to have the healthiest pregnancy and delivery they can. That is why I am excited about the role of Quality Improvement Program Manager. I am eager to help birthing people across the state achieve this. My clinical background in postpartum and newborn care and maternal and child health program development in local government taught me to identify common barriers and address the issues at a system level and not just on an individual basis. I am excited to help identify patterns, gaps, and issues across the state while working hard to find short- and long-term solutions that result in high quality care for all birthing persons and infants in Wisconsin.
