Levels of Care Review Team Member

apply by december 31, 2026

The Wisconsin Association for Perinatal Care (WAPC) is revamping its Levels of Care designation process, which identifies hospitals with perinatal services based on the level and type of care they provide, a key step in ensuring that patients receive the right care, at the right place, at the right time.

WAPC is seeking qualified professionals to serve as volunteer team members in two roles:

  • Review Team: A core group of professionals who attend on-site meetings, provide hands-on feedback on hospital self-assessments, ensure alignment with perinatal care standards, and build trusted relationships with hospitals and care providers.
  • Advisory Team: A broader network of experts who contribute virtually on an ad-hoc basis, offering strategic insights and statewide guidance to strengthen the review process.

Together, both teams will play a vital role in evaluating Levels of Care self-assessment surveys and supporting collaborative on-site meetings at pilot and future designation sites.
