Perinatal Mental Health Community of Learning: Community Resource Mapping (Part 2)

September 22 @ 8:00 am - 9:00 am

The WisPQC Perinatal Mental Health Community of Learning is a six-session learning series designed to help individual care providers implement practical, evidence-based changes that improve perinatal mental health care.

This session is part of a cohort experience focused on implementation-ready strategies aligned with the Alliance for Innovation on Maternal Health (AIM) Perinatal Mental Health Conditions Patient Safety Bundle. Participants will build confidence through peer learning, practical tools, and quality improvement methods that can be applied directly within their own practice.

Throughout the series, participants will explore:

  • Co-screening for mental health and substance use disorders
  • Community resource mapping
  • Multidisciplinary mental health care coordination

Each session builds on the previous one, encouraging participants to test small changes, share lessons learned, and collaborate with colleagues from across Wisconsin.

Registration is free but required. We encourage participants to attend the full Community of Learning series to maximize the learning experience.
