2024 Wisconsin Perinatal Conference – Exhibit and Sponsorship Opportunities

Diamond Sponsor – $7,500

  • Six complimentary attendee registrations

Platinum Sponsor – $5,000

Corporate Exhibitor – $600

Both options include:

  • Recognition on the conference app as an exhibitor

Nonprofit Exhibitor – $350

General Information

All levels include:

  • 8ft skirted display table with two chairs
  • Meals and refreshments during exhibit hours
  • Recognition in the conference app and on the WAPC website
  • Non-competitive exhibitor viewing times on Tuesday, October 10th
    •  Monday can be added for an additional fee (see Add Ons)
  • Participation on exhibitor game with attendees
  • Tuesday night reception attendance for exhibit representatives
  • Two representatives per exhibit space
    •  additional badges may be purchased (see Add Ons)      

Add Ons:

  • Exhibiting on Monday, October 9th
    • Corporate – $300
    • Non-profit – $150
  • Attendance to the Monday night social event – $50 per ticket
  • Additional exhibitor badge – $100 per badge
  • Electricity – $50   

Display times (subject to change)

  • Monday, October 9, 2023 – 7:45 AM – 3:00 PM 
    •  PLEASE NOTE: Monday is not included in the exhibit or sponsorship cost but can be added.
  • Tuesday, October 10, 2023 – 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Exhibit Set Up & Take Down

Exhibitor set up will be available on the night prior or morning of the available exhibit days. Specific times will be announced closer to the conference.

We encourage you to reserve a room at a discounted rate through our room block at the beautiful Osthoff Resort at 101 Ostoff Ave, Elkart Lake, WI 53020.

Reservations must be made by September 13, 2023.

Registration Deadline & Cancellations

Please register prior to September 18, 2023 to ensure your company will be recognized in all conference materials. Cancellations must be submitted in writing no later than September 18, 2023. No refunds will be issued after that date.

All applications for exhibit space will be considered. WAPC and WisPQC reserve the right to reject any application that that they deem inconsistent with the mission of the organization.
