Exhibitors and sponsors are acknowledged in numerous ways according to the amount of the grant. The following chart shows the acknowledgement that matches the various sponsorship levels.

Exhibitor set up will be available on the night prior or morning of the available exhibit days. Specific times will be announced closer to the conference.

Please register prior to September 6, 2022 to ensure your company will be recognized in all conference materials. Cancellations must be submitted in writing no later than September 6, 2022. No refunds will be issued after that date.

This program is designed for perinatal care providers, invited guests and exhibitors whose products and services align with the organization’s mission. All applications for exhibit space will be considered. WAPC and WisPQC reserve the right to reject any application that that they deem inconsistent with the mission of the organization.
