We encourage nurses, physicians, midwives, doulas, quality improvement experts, public health professionals, lactation consultants, social workers, and more to attend. Registration Policies

Early Bird Discount

Register before July 14, 2026 to receive $40 off the registration fees listed above. Registration and payment must be received by this date to receive the discount.

Registration Deadline

Register by September 22, 2026 to guarantee full access to all conference materials.

Recently joined WAPC?

If you purchased a new membership and plan to register for the conference using member pricing, please allow up to 24 business hours for your membership to be processed and added to our registration system. Membership records are updated Monday through Friday. If you are unable to access the member rate after 24 business hours, please contact us for assistance.


Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing.

Cancellations received:

  • Before September 1, 2026, will be eligible for a full refund minus processing fees
  • From September 1 and September 12, 2026, will be eligible for a 50% refund minus processing fees
  • After September 12, 2026, will not be eligible for a refund

This policy allows us to manage costs effectively, as conference expenses—including materials and services—are determined based on the number of registered participants. 

Refunds will not be issued for no-shows.

Hotel Accommodations

Rooms are discounted through our room block at the Madison Marriott West & Convention Center for 159.00 USD per night

Reservations must be made by September 21, 2026. 

Continuing Education Credits

To claim your CME credit for courses completed during the conference, you must attend the full session and complete the conference evaluation within 2 weeks of the end of the conference. 


Continuing Medical Education

The Wisconsin Association for Perinatal Care (WAPC) is accredited by the Wisconsin Medical Society to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

The Wisconsin Association for Perinatal Care (WAPC) designates this live course for a maximum of 10.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. 

Callon Leonard Award

The WAPC Callon-Leonard Award, named in honor of its founders Helen F. Callon, RN, CNM, and Thomas A. Leonard, MD, is the highest individual recognition bestowed annually by WAPC. This prestigious award is presented to an individual who has made a significant contribution to perinatal care in the State of Wisconsin. Nominations for this esteemed award are open to all, and individuals are encouraged to nominate themselves or someone they believe fits this description. By acknowledging the outstanding efforts in perinatal care, WAPC aims to celebrate and inspire continued excellence in the field.
